Our houses have a long tradition and history, which we would like to continue in a contemporary way. For this purpose we have redesigned our rooms and apartments and adapted them to today’s requirements.

Get settled first! We offer to each room/apartment a guaranteed parking place on our property. Our hotel is centrally located in Braunlage, overlooking the town park and within walking distance of the town center and the Wurmberg cable car.
The area around our hotel is “pure nature” and is due to its central location the best starting point for your vacation – whether for sports activities or Harz explorations in summer and winter.

of the special kind
An old horse stable was freshly converted by us into a breakfast room and reception and offers a meeting place of a special kind. These rooms are used by our guests of the new apartments on the mountain side, as well as those of our hotel Recke on the valley side.

Our domicile at a glance
Berg und Tal is several buildings that are actually located on a slope. The apartments are located on the mountain side and the hotel on the valley side. All guests meet in between in an old horse stable, which now houses the breakfast room and reception.
